If you already have a Pilot account, sign in: the app uses your profile name and email and only asks for your business WhatsApp number. Without an account, enter your name, email and WhatsApp number. Either way, wait for central confirmation before using the app.

Tender and deadline alerts
While the app is open, it can notify you on your computer when a saved tender changes or has less than 48 hours before closing.
Work with the facts at hand
Review requirements, prices and history. You submit bids and appeals in SICOP with your digital signature; a lawyer should review draft appeals.

What to know before downloading
How much does it cost?
The app is free. AI features use your own ChatGPT or Claude account.
Do I need a Pilot Desk account?
No. If you have a Pilot account, sign in and the app uses your profile name and email; you only add your business WhatsApp number. You can also register your name, email and WhatsApp without a Pilot account. The app waits for central confirmation.
Where does my data go?
Your work stays on your computer. Atenea stores your name, email and business WhatsApp centrally. When you ask AI for help, your question and the needed document content go to your ChatGPT or Claude.
What do I need?
A Mac running macOS 12 or later; once enabled, 64-bit Windows 10/11. Internet is needed for SICOP, initial registration and AI.
Is there a Windows version?
The download appears here after we verify the installer and its update channel.
Does it work offline?
After initial registration, you can open saved work. SICOP searches and AI need internet.
Is it a government app?
No. Pilot Licitaciones is not affiliated with SICOP or the Costa Rican government. It reads public information.
Does it submit bids or appeals for me?
No. Drafts need review. You submit bids and appeals in SICOP with a digital signature. This is not legal advice.
Does it update automatically?
The app checks for updates automatically. Mac versions 0.1 and 0.2 need one manual installation.
